 How do we work together with MadeComfy?

Whilst Guested will become your main point of contact, and manage the maintenance and upkeep of your property, MadeComfy will still be overseeing guest coordination, communication and marketing.

FAQs

  • Yes, under the partnership your property management and the legally responsible entity will be Independent Property Group as an ACT Fully Licensed Real Estate Agency.

  • MadeComfy will still be 100% involved, this is a partnership aimed to add more value to the service provided and not to take away any benefits you currently enjoy.

  • During this transition period you can contact your MadeComfy Account Manager or your Guested property manager. Our aim is to make this process and transition as seamless and enjoyable as possible, to allow you and your guests to get the most out of your property.

  • Your management fee is not changing.

  • All existing arrangements you currently have in place will carry over and continue. There are no changes planned to this but if any are required, they will be communicated to you in advance and discussed with your account manager.
